2

Assignment

Route the dossier to the responsible team or specialist for immediate review.

3

Fact-Finding

Request additional information or documentation where reasonably necessary.

Acknowledgment and Resolution Timelines

We aim to acknowledge grievances promptly upon receipt. Where a specific statutory timeline applies (such as under the Information Technology Rules or DPDP Act), Nausha will strictly adhere to the timeline prescribed by the applicable law or regulation.

Where no specific statutory timeline applies, we aim to provide a substantive response within a reasonable period having regard to the nature, complexity, and circumstances of the grievance.

Some matters may require additional investigation time where they involve third-party service providers, banking networks, forensic analysis, complex legal interpretation, or fraud-prevention reviews outside our immediate control. We will communicate material delays where reasonably appropriate.

6Privacy & Data Protection Complaints

If your grievance concerns personal data or the exercise of applicable Data Principal rights (including access, correction, erasure, or consent withdrawal under the DPDP Act, 2023), you may submit the request directly to:

Official Emailinfo@nausha.in
Recommended Subject[Privacy / Data Protection Grievance]

Depending on the nature of the request, we may need to verify your identity or request additional information to protect personal data from unauthorized disclosure. Data protection grievances will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

Where a statutory grievance mechanism or escalation process applies, you retain any rights to use that mechanism after following the applicable internal grievance process.

7Service-Specific Grievance Mechanisms

Nausha Technologies may operate or provide different products, platforms, or services that have their own users, content, transactions, and regulatory requirements.

Dedicated Platform Channels

Where a specific product or service provides a dedicated grievance mechanism, users should use that mechanism for matters relating specifically to that product or service.

For example, a platform such as Manch may maintain additional product-specific terms, content rules, privacy provisions, and grievance procedures.

If there is a conflict between this general corporate grievance mechanism and a mandatory product-specific statutory mechanism, the applicable statutory or product-specific mechanism will govern to the extent of that conflict.

8Escalation & External Remedies

If you are dissatisfied with the resolution or initial response provided by Nausha Technologies, you may request further internal review:

Secondary Internal Review

Submit a formal escalation request to info@nausha.in referencing your original grievance reference number.

We will re-examine the case dossier and, where appropriate, escalate the matter to senior management or independent compliance counsel for final review.

Statutory & Regulatory Forums

Nothing in this policy prevents you from exercising any statutory, regulatory, contractual, or other legal rights or remedies available to you under the laws of India.

Where applicable law provides an external regulatory, adjudicatory, consumer protection forum, or the Data Protection Board of India, you may approach that forum in accordance with the statutory procedures and prerequisites prescribed by the applicable law.
